Best experience I could ask for from a body shop. Vadim was very communicative throughout the whole process and was very kind, professional, and meticulous. This is saying that he also had to go through multiple hoops because he had to go through a company and not insurance. He completed my car when he said he would and did an internal check and everything. I am fairly certain he cleaned the exterior and interior of my car as well. Not to mention that he also had left me to take my car prior to payment due to a miscommunication with the company. I am attaching a picture but not noting what was repaired and color-matched- yes, he did that good.

I was especially anxious about matching the paint color, but he nailed it perfectly — you’d never know the car had any work done. I’ve always been a car guy and my car is my baby. I’ve spent hundreds of hours under the hood - supercharging it, methanol injection, other engine mods, suspension components, wheels, blah blah and up until now, the only work I haven’t done myself is the tack welds on my exhaust. What I’m getting at is, I really care about my car and the work that’s done to it. This is my second time bringing my car to Lakewood Collision, and once again, Vadim and his team exceeded my expectations. Vadim, the shop owner, took the time to thoroughly inspect the damage and caught issues that could have easily been missed elsewhere. He made sure everything was properly documented and that I was fully covered. What truly stands out is the quality of the paint match. My car is Alpine White—a color that’s notoriously hard to match—and Vadim nailed it. For context, another shop had previously attempted to match the same color and completely missed the mark. Vadim got it right without compromise. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and treats every car like his own.
