I just recently bought my car and had no issues until maybe 2 weeks in. My brake lights wouldn't shut off, thus draining my battery. I had cables to jumpstart it, but it became a trend of me having to re-jumpstart my car over and over until it killed my alternator and battery, so I just replaced the battery myself. I went to over six different establishments and none of them even attempted to fix the other issues except for these guys. Within 5 minutes of showing up, I was given an estimate of what the issue may be, straightforward assurance of an attempt to fix my car, and kind customer service! I recently came in for car maintenance and had a great experience. I needed several services done, including spark plugs, coils, an intake manifold gasket, an oil change, and new rotors and brake pads. The team was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. I worked with Brian, who kept me updated on everything that came up and made sure I understood the work being done. They also noticed an issue with a fuel injector and took care of it at no additional cost. Brian even helped with drop-off and pick-up, which made things much easier. Fantastic repair shop! I had an emergency repair and they got it done in a timely manner for fantastic price. I recommend this shop for anyone needing repairs. My car has had a series of issues over the last few weeks and I just moved to this side of town so I was looking for a new shop and brought it to MVC- fantastic choice. Brian has been great to work with and has gone above and beyond at every turn. The original fix he performed didn't turn out to be the whole problem, and he coordinated with dealership for me to get a recalled part replaced and figure out the true root of the issue. Pricing is great especially considering their service. Highly recommend!
