Classy Chassy Carwash

While vacationing in the Finger Lakes area, my car became filthy. We found this carwash while in the Seneca Falls area so we stopped in for a self wash. While there, I spoke with Rob, the manager, and he gave me some great tips, including spraying the brush to clean it of dirt and debris prior to using the brush to scrub the heavy stuff off of my car (so the car's paint wouldn't get damaged). The area was busy, however, I was able to get in and out quickly. From what I could tell, it was a safe location - I certainly had no issues and if you are in the area & in need of a car wash, this place is recommended (by me).

The first thing I want to say, thhe only reason I decided to write this review at all, is the fact that the information is wrong. At this location, in this plaza, the car wash is called splash. The car wash that's there, the splash car wash, is a really good car wash and I use them frequently. I started by using one of their other locations, in newark, and when I moved here to Seneca Falls I decided to buy an unlimited package. Totally worth it. Not only is the wash really good at every location and it pays for itself, the subscription pays for itself, if I go at least two times in a month. I love the fact that I can go every single day if I want and sometimes I do go multiple days in a row and my car is always always always always clean which is great because I get compliments on it. NO CHANGE! DISPENSE ERROR! THEN we went in and the machine hit my daughters car!! THEN the guy tells us to go thru the tunnel and he will put it as TOUCHLESS-IT WAS NOT AND KNOCKED the mirror out!! the guy was nice the female WAS NOT!!!! ASKED FOR COMPLETE REFUND because car was still DIRTY!! SHE SAID NO!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!
