With kids, our SUV gets dirty fast: crumbs, sticky cupholders, all of it. Nick and his team came right out and made it look stunning, I didn’t even have to drive anywhere, since they are mobile. The seats and carpets looked way better than I expected, and they were really respectful around our driveway and stuff. I’ll definitely keep them on a regular schedule!

I’m pretty picky about interiors, so I was watching for little stuff like door jambs, cup holders, vents, even the seat rails. Classy Detail handled it like pros and didn’t rush a thing. They explained what they were doing, pointed out a couple spots that needed extra attention, and the finished result looked genuinely “reset.” If you want someone who cares about the details, this is the team.

Booked last minute because my auto was embarrassing, not gonna lie. They pulled up on time, did everything right in my driveway, and I didn’t have to rearrange my whole day. Interior looked fresh, no weird chemical smell, and the windows were finally crystal clear. Super easy experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Classy Detail. I personally called and spoke with the owner to schedule an interior detailing appointment for Thursday morning at 8:00 AM, as he mentioned he had openings. I was looking forward to the service and blocked off my morning and made arrangements around this appointment but No one showed up. No call. No text. No explanation. Nothing.This isn’t a small misunderstanding — this is a complete lack of professionalism and left me feeling disregarded as a customer. Wasting someone’s time without even the courtesy of communication is unacceptable!I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value reliable service and communication.
