My salesman Tyrell and sales manager Brandon were outstanding. Tyrell did a great job explaining every feature of our new purchase of the Toyota Rav 4 and Brandon walked us thru the whole process step by step. I cannot say enough good things about Tyrell and Brandon. Thank you so much.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is useless. As soon as we get there, we can barely even fit in the parking lot due to them having so much inventory yet did not want to help us find anything. Delilah I believe is her name did not bother listening to what we were looking for and came out with a totally different vehicle (not even a color that we said we were looking for) and got an attitude with us when we said we didn’t like it. Since I didn’t like the vehicle she said that’s all she can help us with and let us leave. I had brought my dad with me and from the beginning she did not know what she was talking about. NEVER HAVE I EVER had such a miserable experience with a repair shop, dealership or individually owned, until my recent dealings with Clay Cooley Mesquite. I dropped off my 2024 Hyundai Kona (with less than 15,000 miles) early Wednesday evening before leaving town for a four-day trip, assuming this would give them plenty of time to complete the routine oil change, diagnose my suspension issue, order parts if needed, and complete the repairs. I picked my car up the following Wednesday under the pretense that it was fixed, but the creaking noise was very much still present and they also failed to reset my oil life (meaning I’m still getting the nagging reminder ding and message stating I’m overdue for an oil change). I had a very disappointing experience with this Hyundai dealership. I had previously spent $780 at an independent repair shop, which fixed the issue with my car. However, when the check engine light came on again, I decided to take the car to the Hyundai dealership to check whether there might be a recall. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, they performed another oil change and charged me $230, even though the original oil change had been done only 15 days earlier. They cleared the check engine light just to return the car to me, but it came back on 10 minutes after I left. When I returned, they told me I “needed a new engine” and then tried to push me into buying another car with absurd interest rates, rather than giving an honest and transparent explanation of the problem. I had a great experience with the service team! I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and even without an appointment, my oil change was completed in a timely manner. The staff was very nice and professional!
