Clean Air Emissions and U-haul

I am frustrated and concerned regarding the car dolly I recently rented through Clean Air Truck Rental. Although the dolly is advertised as being compatible with standard sedans, it was not usable for my vehicle due to a serious design flaw. The dolly’s clearance is excessively high, and the front hump is not appropriate for any low-riding or normal-height sedan. When attempting to load my car, it could not clear the hump without risking significant damage to the bumper. As a result, the dolly was effectively unusable and created a safety hazard. I was unable to use the dolly and was not refunded for my inconvenience. This issue indicates the dolly is not designed for the very vehicles it claims to accommodate. I believe U-Haul should clearly state the actual clearance requirements and

The car wash here is amazing. The allow offroad vehicles to wash their mud. Do us all a favor, clean up your bay when you're done. Don't ruin it for everyone else.

Uhaul location is friendly and helpful. The entrance to the uhaul area is behind the car wash. You can enter through the car wash and drive to the road off to the side to get there or take the road directly to the back. They hooked up the trailer. Dom was helpful and answered my questions.

Lance, there is absolutely amazing. We worked with him at a previous location multiple times throughout the years. When we walked into this location and saw him it made our whole freaking year. I know he is an asset to your team!! he’s always extremely professional and courteous, along with being personal making you feel like family. He knows his stuff will do everything to help you out.
