Clean Express Auto Wash

I had to edit to a one star, I am a paying customer! I feel they do not want to do business with anyone who is not an Unlimited “member”. The attended actually said, “you may as well not get a car wash today”. Wow! They should have a once a month single car membership at a discounted price. Since this place is Membership Only. . . . 1. Pro: Good location for me 2. Pro: An impressive clean and shine, I get the Signature Wash + Ceramic 3. Pro: Effective dryer blower system, instead of waiting on hand drying. 4: Pro: Free vacuums 1. Negative: it’s a real hassle fighting with the attendants who are trying to sell me on a membership. Sometimes 2 attendants are on me at a time. This is a horrible experience. 2. Negative: long wait time (20 minutes, I timed it) A membership

THIS WILL FOREVER BE MY GO TO WASH!! I was finally convinced into a membership after coming a couple times before, and not only was the wash better than I expected, their service was amazing. I was vacuuming out my car and one of the vacuums wasn’t working? But a manger named Haley and another worker were conveniently already out in the parking lot checking on other customers came over and helped unclog the vacuum that wasn’t working. Thank you Clean Crew you guys are awesome! Proud member

Ceramic 4 Ultra is a great wash and I appreciate the option to go touchless. The water really beads on my car when it rains. Plenty of strong vacuums available(w/crevice tool) and the towel exchange program is a plus. However, I must say at multiple Clean Express locations, I find myself dying off more water versus the competitor at the end. Maybe a stronger/ longer drying segment is needed. A mat washing station would also be a gamechanger. Overall, a satisfying experience and I will return.

My experience yesterday 11/28/25 was not good. Every other car it seems was accommodated the opportunity to remove snow from the hood of their vehicles. Like many others, the snow on my car was cleaned off. All of greater Cleveland had 4 to 6 inches of snowfall. But to be inconvenienced for the sake of others at an already long line for a car wash is unrealistic. Don't get me wrong, it's a fine gesture. But after coming through the turnstile is not the time to do it. If that's your customer service preference, their should be personnel dealing with that in one line clearly posted at the beginning of the lot. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for a car wash. Good customer service is for the majority of customers who expect a car wash, not snow removal service!
