The bad reviews I've seen I just can't believe. They didn't pay me to write a review either, my headlight was out, they immediately gave me a mechanic shop to go to, they fixed my headlight in 5 minutes or less for free and the shop even included a basic diagnosis of the car to make sure nothing else was wrong while I was there and were unbelievably supportive and considerate the entire time, I originally got a 2012 Kia Forte Ex with high mileage but the vehicle performed perfectly and I didn't have any issues at all. I asked them if I could get a slightly nicer full size vehicle and they put me in a 2012 Ford fusion SLE. Heated seats amazing sound system, great on gas I had no issues with the car. Every car I had from them had a check engine light on it. Couple of their cars had over 200 thousand miles on it including the recent one I had from them. Yes they worked with me but could have been a better experience too. The woman at the desk her name is Eva I wanted to thank you so much for everything you helped and my boyfriend with you definitely deserve a raise with everything you do.

Great Service. Decent prices. Friendly ,respectful staff. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family if needed. Gave me a decent,reliable car that was comfortable and safe for me and my son.

This really is a great cat rental place when you don’t want to deal with big rental corporations that charge you an arm and a leg especially with insurance rates! It was fast and easy and the staff was great! I even had a problem with a flat tire and they came out faster than any company I have ever dealt with and in the freezing cold! On top of all that they told me to go straight to their tire shop and put all new tires on all the around the vehicle! That to me is compassion and dedication to thrive in this industry and I appreciated this when I have two young children in the vehicle with me at all times! That is reliable beyond measure! I have had one of their vehicles for almost 2 months and it’s been a life savor. They are affordable and efficient they answer all calls and respond quickly with roadside assistance if needed. I would definitely book here again for any future rentals and I urge you to so the same.
