On-Call Towing

Needed a tow on a cold evening so I googled and found ON CALL TOWING located in Maple Hts. The service was excellent. The customer service person was helpful and quick to respond! The young man who towed my car was also excellent. He was extremely polite and professional and resolved my situation in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this business

Car broke down in Independence. Called On Call Towing and they were there within the hour to take it to a mechanic in Beachwood. Then, when I needed a receipt for a reimbursement from insurance, they got it to me very promptly. Highly recommended. Reasonable price, great service.

Joe was outstanding. He arrived quickly and got my truck out of a packed parking lot with total ease. He was very friendly and made the trip home easy. And when we got to my house, he placed the truck right into my parking spot like a pro. It was exceptional service at a great price, so I would happily recommend On-Call Towing.

On Call Towing truly came to the rescue in such a huge way!!! I was on hold for over 40 minutes with AAA with my car stuck on the side of the road with kids in the car, out of gas. The truck came 2 minutes after I called and got me and the kids taken care of quickly and safely, even going the extra mile to call the local police to help keep the road safe while we were pulled into the road, ensuring no one hit us.
