Clean Express Auto Wash

I brought my car here for a wash a little over a week ago. After leaving the facility, I discovered four scratches on the front of my vehicle and several additional scratches along the side. I immediately reported the issue to the staff. They took photos and reviewed the security footage, and acknowledged that the scratches were caused by their equipment. I was told I would receive a follow-up call within 72 hours. However, I never received any call. Instead, this morning I received an email stating that they would not provide any compensation, claiming they are not responsible for the damage — despite previously acknowledging that their equipment caused it. Car washes fairly decent, however it's nowhere near as good as a thorough handwash. For a quick job it does as one might expect. Vacuums are beyond exceptional. I expected a mid performance vacuum, however the suction power on these things makes me wonder if the other end is connected to a black hole. Definitely exceeds my expectations, and it's nice that they're free. Onward to the issues. If you want a subscription, you MUST provide a mobile number. There's no exception to this, which is a pretty terrible practice. You do not need my mobile number to wash my car. The two are not related whatsoever. Email is more than plenty to have an account. Signed up today with the top tier wash and I can tell you it’s one of the best car washes I ever had. Super friendly staff I love their soft brushes and vacuum areas. My car looks like brand new. Definitely recommend everybody to go and try worth of every penny to spend. Scale 1 to 10 10 Hell Yess…!!!

Please stay away from this automatic car wash. This was hands down the worst car wash experience we’ve ever had. After going through the wash, we noticed visible scratches on our vehicle that were not there before. The most frustrating part is how the situation was handled. They took photos and videos and told us to contact their insurance, making it seem like everything would be taken care of. However, when we filed the claim, their insurance denied it. Now we’re left paying out of pocket to repair the damage. If you care about your car and don’t want to risk paint damage or unexpected repair costs, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s simply not worth the risk.
