Clean Freak Car Wash, Prosper, TX

Zack & Nico provided excellent customer service. I’ve been to many car washes around DFW and by far this is the best one. -Clean microfiber towels always provided and not the cheap quality thin ones either. -Wheels always come out a lot cleaner than at other car washes. -The rear of the vehicle doesn’t get the best treatment with automatic car washes but no matter how dirty my vehicle has been it always comes out clean. Only improvement I could suggest would be the drying blowers but I still think they do a pretty fair job compared to others. Overall, Great car wash, that’s why I’m a member 👌🏼.

This location is incredible. Zach and Nolan are super attentive. They’ll sprint over and spray the car with bug spray if needed. All the vacuums work really well and having clean smelling towels is always a plus!

Frustrated from day one. They opened in our neighborhood and offered a trial. When I got there, the first surprise was that I actually had to pay, because they raised the price by 15% at opening. Management is not friendly at all. Their corporate website has no client support line. So if you need to talk with them, you’re going to be in a BAD position. The “ultimate total protection” wash wasn't that great. The last surprise came when I canceled the membership. The email clearly said I could continue using it until the last day, but they denied me the right to wash the car. I was very frustrated. Clean Freak Car Wash is the type of company that lies to clients. Luckily, their young staff aren’t like their managers. There are actually hardworking people I respect.

Misa & Josh were amazing!!! So helpful & informative. Saved me from wasting a wash before the rain & were so patient when I couldn’t figure out neutral in my new car. 🤣 got the membership & will be back regularly! Give them a raise!

Outstanding customer service. Brody, Josh, Nolan, and Misa were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They truly care about doing a great job and making customers feel valued. My car looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
