Top tier membership plan, and not very satisfied with the service. Truck comes out still wet, there are no clean towels that are dry, they don’t have the blower gun to blow the air out of the crevices and the site is trashed. The wash is very aggressive and probably hard on the paint, but definitely hard on the exterior. It broke my antenna.

The only good thing about this place is its location. Otherwise it’s trash. My car never comes out clean. There’s a spot of something on my hood that’s been there through ~8 washes now. Most recent visit- after the snow storm, they were PACKED. After I went through, my car was still soaking wet and had a ton of soap all over it. And there were no towel available for the next 15 minutes because they were still being “washed.” I had to wait in the long line again to go through again. Towels are never dried, always wet, so especially when it’s cold out, it’s really harsh on your hands to have to towel dry your car with cold wet towels. The towels are filthy too- I’ve noticed streaks they leave on my windows and car. All the 5 star ratings on this business are SUPER sketchy. 1800+ please

On December 5, 2024, I took my car to Zip’s Car Wash in Prosper, Texas, expecting a routine wash for my vehicle. Unfortunately, this simple task turned into a nightmare, one that not only resulted in significant damage to my car but also left my family in distress. The car wash malfunctioned during the process, causing severe damage to my vehicle, including the shattering of a backseat window. To make matters worse, my 2-year-old son was in the car at the time, and the trauma from this experience has left him terrified of car washes. The tunnel did a great job, and my car is much cleaner, but there were some issues. They do not provide any undercarriage options like I was expecting. They provide drying towels, but they were already soaked, so I was not able to clean my windows with their provided spray without leaving smears. Glad I only did one as a test-window before doing my windshield. Also on the phone they say they close at 8, but a worked told me thwy shut off the vacuums at 7:05. However they shut it off earlier than that, so I was not finished when it was shut off, thinking I had 5 more minutes. Overall a mediocre car wash.
