I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I’m getting my inspection done on the car, but ended up by getting a flat tire as I was driving. Once I’ve brought the repair back they ran out and offered the roller jack so my old rear end doesn’t have to get down and jack up the car. Amazing work Quan helped me out! Would recommend this place absolutely

Very poor service, in last service I reposted rear break noice, to fix the noice they recommended and replaced rear break pads and rotors, and within six months getting noice again and when asked them, they replaced again and put the laber charge on me, why should I pay charge two times with in six months ??? (It’s fault from part manufacturer or service man who placed them, but not from me) when I question them, they are not willing to talk.. not welcoming me to discuss at all .. very poor service and very poor customer receiving.. disappointed ☹️ with them.

Awful. Took our vehicle in as we saw some pink fluid leaking. Kwik car called us after an hour saying they completed the inspection. They reported no sign of a pink substance leak but found a transmission seal leak. Quoted us 10 hours of labor and a $35 dollar part. I brought the car home and got underneath the car. Within 30 seconds of looking, I found pink fluid all over and took photos. When I brought them the photos they said they don’t know how they missed it and even questioned if they even looked at the right car. They denied ever quoting us a price to fix it after I asked them why they never suggested taking to to the dealership as the transmission seal would be covered by warranty.
