Clean Slate Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coating

After doing a lot of searching online, I came across Clean Slate. I wanted my paint corrected, but didn't know how to go about it. I contacted a few places, but I got weird vibes from all the auto reply messages I got from these other places. With Clean Slate, i put in a request and almost immediately, I was contacted personally by Austin (Not a robo message like the other places.) He asked about my goals and what i wanted to achieve with our car. We went over options, and I was taken back by his honesty. He wasn't trying to oversell, he didn't try to sell a fake dream, the price given was more than fair, and they are locally owned. I went for it. I got my car detailed on 2/18. They did an amazing job! 100% plan on going back for future services. We communicated, understood expectations, and they delivered better than I imagined. Where do I start??? I originally bought a used Toyota Avalon from the dealer. Thinking that this car would be detailed and ready to go.........little did I find out that wasn't the case. Toyota's standard has gone down tremendously. The car when I got it was not to my liking. So I started to go through the numerous detailing shops on google and I found Clean Slate Auto detailing. I scheduled my appointment online got my appointment. I dropped my car off to Austin and Tori. When I came back the next day my car was completely different. It looked brand new. I just came across Clea Slate Auto Detailing searching online. Austin the owner was so patient answering all my questions. You can feel the sincerity of Austin and for me that is a major factor on deciding who I deal with. Although, the mobile service was not available on the date I wanted my truck to have a ceramic coating, I just brought my truck to his shop which was 45mi away from where I live(I did not mind) Meeting Austin, wife and son gave me more confidence that my vehicle will be secured. I've been working with Austin to have my cars done since August, and finally dropped both cars in last month. The time and patient Austin had given to explain the process of his work is extremely detailed which reflect the quality and passion he and his team put in. The car came out great and his follow-up to ensure the detailing is done no less than perfect. This is not a place where they do a once off business, but strive for a continual relationship.
