Awesome place! The whole transaction felt very honest without extra charges or up sales. They fairly told me what was going on with my car and fixed the problem at an affordable price. They sent me pictures and kept me updated on the different issues that were happening. They were also patient and explained to me what I didn’t understand. Ryan is really straightforward and helpful. I’ll be taking my car here from now on and definitely recommend this place!

I was so stressed out when my car stopped working after the holidays, and I dreaded that it was the transmission after 192k miles. A friend of mine highly recommended M&R. After a thorough look at my car Ryan called and confirmed a new transmission was needed along with other items I need to keep an eye on in the future. I've been going to Ryan for YEARS and I was so bummed when he left the last place. I'm very happy to have found his new shop. I never ever feel taken advantage of in regards to cost or feel like he's selling me services I don't need. On the contrary, at one time I told him I needed new breaks. After he checked my car he let me know my breaks were fine (he could've EASILY sold me something I didn't need). Eventually I did get new breaks but all this to say if you want an honest mechanic, good work on your car, go to his shop. My car is a 2018 and he's taken care of it for most of its life and I attribute the lack of car trouble and smooth running to regular maintenance, primarily by him. Plus he keeps track of all that stuff so that's one less thing I have to worry about.
