This experience was overall EXCELLENT. I have an older car, am expecting a third child and wanted my car to be cleaned up. My older kiddo was complaining of musty smells and the smells are gone. Also, the pet hair and several stains that I didn't think could be removed. He was extremely thorough with the clean, very communicative, cleaned up after himself, and was straightforward about any changes to the price to have the harder stains and pet hair removed. Both were extremely reasonable add-on charges and did not in any way affect my decision to have the detail. Also, at the end of the clean, he cleaned my kids car seats.
