I originally saw a man named Rich Moran. He was amazing! Clearly told me what to do, what to expect, taped my broken sunroof, gave me an estimate on how much it would be. He told me to contact my insurance company. My insurance company APPROVED THIS. However, my insurance lady called a man named Lonnie. He made everything worse! He told my insurance lady he needed to inspect the car first. I came by TWICE and this man was never around nor did he call me back. I finally got ahold of him, he was rude on the phone and basically acted like he had no clue on how to handle an insurance claim. My spouse picked up my roof cover piece and the man was rude, yet again. Acting ver Hostile because I decided to find another company. My sunroof job would have brought around 3,000 income to the company. L

The customer service was 5 stars! Service was fast and speedy and I will recommend for minor chip repair!

Went in with a rock chip the size of a quarter came out not being able to see the repair. Staff there polite and hard working.

Immediately he directed me to what steps I needed to take with my insurance and the way it should pan out on their end from there. Each phone call, scheduling, service from there was made absolutely seamless for me. Most places now days takes multiple phone calls before reaching a single person.
