Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place is ridiculous! They call a day or two prior to your reservation to let you know a new manager is running the place and now she is going to be following all rules that NO OTHER EMPLOYEE HAS EVER DONE. So I made adjustments needed for the correct card to be used and now they won’t allow that either. They completely change the story as if they didn’t just talk to me yesterday about the adjustments I made in order to follow their new rules. All the employees need to be retrained and all be on the same page with how they are suppose to run the business. Sad! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Parking in their lot is too small an area and stepping onto sidewalk is too high up. Reps are friendly. Cars are clean.

We set a reservation online for a large 3rd Row SUV. We are having family in town & would be traveling into Phoenix. We were contacted day before confirming reservation. Then following morning (Day of reservation) called & told they couldn't accommodate our reservation. Offered us a small compact SUV. Unacceptable alternative. When I called to follow up. No one answers the phone. Over an hour of calling.

The experience was outstanding and I was highly satisfied with the outcome. The customer service team in Globe & Phoenix, AZ was quick and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be using Enterprise again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
