Horne Dodge Chrysler Jeep Nissan

Great service! We were traveling from our home state of Washington on our way to Texas for a scheduled family event. Our water pump went out on our Jeep. The folks at Horne got us in and out in 2 days. The general manager gave us a lift to our hotel. The front desk person worked to get us in right away and kept us informed through the process. They had to travel and hour and half to get our part. We really appreciate their level of service and timeliness. We made it to our family event on time! Thank-you Horne!!

My fiancé and I went to go look at this 2010 Dodge Charger the manager told us nothing was wrong with it and he kept clearing the code on it. Finally my fiancé took a picture of the code and looked it up and it had multiple cylinders misfires on it. The manager over at Horne was very rude. He said if I break down I break down. I highly don’t recommend getting information from the manager however Eugene and Marquese was very helpful. That’s the only reason why I gave my review 2 stars. I didn’t want the car because it was cheap. I liked the look of it. The fact was the manager kept clearing the code and kept lying about it at first. And he was very rude and pushy. Eugene and Marquese were more helpful and respectful than he was.

We purchased a Nissan Frontier. Eugene was our salesman. He was patient and helpful from start to finish. This is a great small town dealership. If you want to be treated like a person, and not a number, this is the place to go.
