Clearwater Muffler & Brake

I brought my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country for service of gaskets and I left with the engine still not fixed and still leaking oil. A few months later I found out they broke the gas line which was another $700 fix. If they didn't know how to fix a gasket then they should have told me.

I am an ASE master certified auto technician, but unfortunately, I’m old and retired now and no longer have a shop there’s some jobs I can’t do. I purposely sought out someone to repair my vehicles when I move to Florida and finally found a Gem of a shop for repairs. George and family are people who shoot straight and is just what you want in your auto shop. Take my advice and bring your car. Here is your smartest choice.

Spoke with the guy arranged to come in the following day between for a simple 30 minute muffler swap told to " Just come on by between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m, I'll be here " I drove 35 minutes and showed up at 2:45 with nobody there and a closed sign on the door. I even called and left a voicemail leaving my name and number for a time to reschedule.. this was last week and I still have never heard anything back. Extremely unprofessional, time wasting, very irritating. It was all fun and games on the phone. Everything seemed great.. don't waste your time guys. There are other places that take making money serious that would appreciate your business and actually respond to phone calls. These are the type of places that deserve to get shut down

I recently brought my 2017 Toyota Camry to George to have the check engine light diagnosed and repaired. Luckily I paid him with a debit card without using the PIN. A couple of days later the check engine light came back on and when I brought the car to George and confronted him he got defensive and made himself the victim, and walked away without trying to resolve the issue. I got the car repaired, saved the receipt and placed a claim against George's shop for the 500 Plus dollars he charged me for flipping a switch, and I got my money back. Never pay him in cash if you do have to take your car here because he encourages it. There are plenty of good mechanics out there by skipping him you could save yourself time and maybe even money. In my opinion he's nothing but a criminal who did what
