Clegg Auto Provo

Cass at Clegg Auto Provo is an outstanding communicator and absolute professional. She clearly and quickly explained the issue, sent over the diagnostic and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. She helped dealing with an inconvenient car issue as pleasant, efficient and painless as possible. The turnaround time was quick, and I felt well informed every step of the way. Every auto shop would be better served by having someone like Cass on their team. Highly recommend.

If you value your life and the lives around you, DO NOT ever use Clegg Auto. My family and I had one of the scariest experiences of our lives over the weekend due to fraudulent work and old parts being installed on our car. We had rear calipers replaced FIVE months ago and were told they were new parts. In fact, they were not. They completely failed on the freeway almost killing all of us. We had taken it to the closest shop we could get it to safely and they were completely shocked at the state of these "5 month old parts". This is not the first time that this shop has put in used parts and charged us for "new" parts. They are unprofessional, rude and accusatory. I would never recommend Clegg to anyone.

I got an oil change for them today, I’m new to Provo and they were so incredible to work with. I spoke with Randy who helped me and was so incredibly kind. He explained everything I didn’t feel like he was taking advantage of me and he told me everything that was going on with my car so that I would understand. Would you recommend them to anyone!

I had to get a lot of work done on my car and they were great. Their service is pretty fast. The staff were all very friendly. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem. They sent me a link with the results of the diagnostics with videos and explanations of each issue and the cost. I was able to take my time to consider everything and approve or deny each service. I appreciated the transparency, especially because it was an expensive repair. My car has been doing great the last few months.

Clegg Auto replaced a wheel bearing back in July, notably at a much more reasonable cost than I was quoted by other shops. 6 months later it started to hum again. They were able to get my car in quickly and fix the part under warranty at no charge. Definitely appreciate an honest shop that treats their customers properly.
