For as long as I can remember, my family and I have trusted Cliff's with our vehicles when unfortunate events lead to the necessity of body, or paintwork They have never failed to do a great job, and this time was no exception. Thanks Rocky, Caroline, Ryan and crew for the most recent repairs and for all you've done over the years!

Golf ball size hail storm dented my truck top and hood. they used paintless method to take out dents on the top but had to replace the hood because it was so bad. I took it to them on a Monday and they called and said it was ready on Wednesday. Cliffs did an excellent job as they always have when my family needed their service. They are the only body shop my family will use. Thank you Cliffs for a great job.

They made me pay for a wrecker because they parked it in such a tight spot. I was not allowed to use ANYONE other than a tow service licensed in the State of Texas. Anyone with a regular driver's license from ANY state can legally tow a car in Texas, so I wonder what that was about.

They will screw your vehicle up worse. Stay away!!!!!!! Took my suburban in because a vandal had messed up the driver window. When i got the truck back, not only did the window still not operate, i had alot of other issues: power locks no longer work, shorted dome light, keyless entry no longer works, and one door wont even open! These people do not do a good job. You will get your vehicle back in worse shape!

I had to collect belongs from a car at their lot, had no help in accessing things due to non working battery. I'd recommend that you come with all the necessary tools, and don't forget your jumper cables!
