The guys were personable, but the wire guard for the rear view mirror fell off on my way home. THere were spots on the rear view mirror (maybe got nervous after guard cam off), pine needles in the back, sides of doors on passenger side were not wiped off, and there was dirt in and around the cup holder, just as a few examples. The car was done early and nobody told me there were any issues. I wiped off the door at home and the dirt came off easily. When I called, the guy in the office pretended he had nothing to do with detailing and I should call back in the morning. My lesson. Check the car thoroughly before pulling out. Heads up. There is also no waiting area.

Graphene coating done at the most reasonable price in the Capitol District. Appointment on time, done in a couple hours. Everything professional and without any problems. Highly recommended and you will have no regrets.

The car detailing looked good and was a good price. The bad part is they put it through their automatic carwash which tore up my wheels. If you get detailed I would ask to not go in automatic wash.

I bought my car in 2018 outside of the Shawty quick interior detailing that Hoffman does and my own once in a blue moon deep detail I never had my car detailed before. I like to think that I’m a pretty neat and clean person, but I also have to drive long distances for my job and I camp a lot in the summer so you could say there’s periods of times where I live out of my car so between eating food and drinks and coffee and everything else. It definitely gets a little Dirty. Well I wish I took it before and after because my car had looked like it hadn’t been detailed in the seven years that I’ve had it well now it looks like it did the day. Overall 3/5 Service: Great. The guys I spoke to were very kind, respectful and responsive. I only got an interior detailing. Interior Detailing: They did a good job getting the oil and food stains out of the upholstery in both front seats (1st picture), which was my main concern! EDIT: I spilled water on my seats, the existing stain came back and is now worse than before. If they seats were fully cleaned, a little water wouldn’t be a problem. It appears that the stain was spread out as opposed to being removed. There was a small spot on the left rear seat that was missed, but I’m not too concerned about that part because of how hard it is to see for anyone not looking for it (2nd picture).
