Great little service center. They are honest and will tell you if a repair or service is not something they do. They stay busy, so there's usually a wait to get an appointment, but they always get the work done quickly. I highly recommend them.

I was near the beginning of my road trip from Richmond to Chicago when the guys at Clifton Tire & Auto went above and beyond for me! It was 3pm on a Saturday (they were technically closed) when I pulled into their shop because I had run over a screw in my 2018 Ford Escape (my tires were only a few months old). Every shop we had called was closed until start of business Monday. They wheeled her in, diagnosed the issue, and had me on my way in under 15 minutes. I am so thankful and wanted to share my awesome experience. They are good people and saved me during my 12 hour road trip. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I am very happy with the service provided. Got 4 new tires and oil change/ inspection in less than 2 hrs. The price was alot lower than the dealer in Roanoke. Also, the owner was so friendly and helpful. Thank you

I went there to try to get an estimate on a tire but NO ONE would come and see what I wanted, left me standing at the door. I rather drive a good distance to get good quality work and not in Clifton Forge. SMH
