Go away from these guys they don't want to fix the truck I explained to them what we need we have a coolant leak I tell them what we need but they don't want to do that they just want to go look at the truck for no reason

Super happy to have called Earl's when we ran into some issues along I64 on our way from NW Ohio to out race event in Dinwiddie. We needed a hand with changing out a spare on our stacker trailer and even though they were busy, they came out quite quickly and helped us get on our way. Really nice folks!

Yeah there not open on Saturdays I called had an automotive emergency dude answered the phone rude as hell didn’t introduce himself. Told me in his words I try to be in there when I can but I got stuff to do today so why do you have a business that clearly states you’re open on Saturday and offer roadside assistance. I have lived in Clifton forge for 9years and all the small businesses owners are rude make there own hours and they only help locals that they have known for a long time or there close friends. Thought this place would be the place to call because of all the positive reviews but im assuming those are his friends that did that to get his rating up. Bc I can tell just from the way he handled the phone call not very professional. Guess I will be going to Roanoke like usual bc All
