Nicely's Kwik Lube

This place is descent for small jobs like oil changes or inspection stickers. But we've had more bad experiences than good. At least twice now they've told us they could do the job,let the vehicle sit for a few days then call back saying they can't do the job. My most recent experience: I brought the vehicle in, they looked it over, said it needed a new rack and pinion. Not a steering pump. They explained why. Made sense. Set up a appt to come back in 2 weeks. Bought the parts , and Dropped off vehicle 2 weeks later. They couldn't get to it that day, no problem. Next day they call, said they can't work on it. Don't have the equipment. Found another mechanic, they put the part in, doesn't fix the problem. Turns out it was the steering pump. With unneeded parts and labor , I basically flu

My first time there and the experience was great. Nice atmosphere, Christian music (I love that) and great service. I got an oil change, wiper blades, turn signal bulb replaced and state inspection. I will be back next week for more work...LOL

After calling multiple places throughout Covington, and being told it would take 45 minutes to an hour or more to do a state inspection. I finally went to NICELY‘s and it was done in less than 14 minutes while being understaffed. highly recommend them, best and friendliest service ever received Through a mechanic shop

One tire had a slow leak and they found the problem, plugged it, all within 20 minutes!! Lifesaver!!!

Id give no stars if I could...used to use them quite often until a gun was stolen from my vehicle, of course I knew it happened there as car had been no where else and is never left unlocked but realized it had to be an employee when I found my registration in the center console where the gun was- my registration never leaves my glovebox!
