Car battery froze in subzero temperatures. Needed to have my car towed from my house to the dealership for previously scheduled appointment. Set up pickup for 6-8am thinking they’d probably arrive later than that. The driver Nate arrived at about 5:45am. He was very professional and got the large SUV up on the flatbed really quickly. Speed was important because the truck was blocking traffic both ways and I live on a busy street. I hope I don’t need a tow any time soon but this company’s service was top notch before the sun was even up.

Big thanks to Clone Towing! They were super flexible on the price and didn’t make a big deal even though I didn’t have exactly what they asked for. Fast, professional, and really helpful — I’d call them again in a heartbeat.

Working through USAA that originally had me with a different tow company. After 5 hours car was not picked up. Found Clone towing and within 5 minutes received a message from the driver that he was on his way to get it. Alex took a look at possible issues, kept in constant communication throughout. Professional and great care of my property. Never looking for car trouble but will be calling Clone if needed in the future.
