I recently got into an accident, and by chance Brady happened to be in the area shortly after. He approached me, gave me his card, and took the time to answer every question I had. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Based on that experience, I decided to give Cloos Auto Collision a shot, and I’m extremely glad I did. I brought the car in the next day, and Steve was also very helpful. He walked me through the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The entire team was easy to work with and kept communication clear from start to finish. When Geico wanted to total my Tesla based on the estimate from another body shop, these guys saved the day and did the repair for the proper cost so Geico had no choice but to allow the repair and save me 1000s of dollars on having to buy a new car. Speedy work, great craftsmanship, and all around honesty. Highly recommend.

I'm from Staten Island or Westchester these days, but wherever I am, this is where all our families' cars go when needed!! I was T-boned recently 2 weeks after buying my new car by an unlicensed migrant and I was pissed but knowing I had Cloos & the guys their handling my car made the process much easier & less stressful!
