Cannot trust them anymore. Been going here for years for oil changes and this last one takes the cake. I thought something was amiss when they didn't change the sticker, but on the invoice they said they changed it so I gave the benefit of the doubt. It has been a couple thousand miles and I finally decided to check to find they didn't remove the old oil. They just added more oil. Assuming they know cars, their goal seems to be to mess your car up so they can charge you more to "repair" it. Like how can the tech be so lazy. It's not like he has to manually jack up the car. I digress. I will continue to believe they did all of the work they charged me for except for this last one. Goodbye Savvy. Do better

AVOID! Terrible service, dishonest, money hungry. You don't have to ruin your day with these people. Go somewhere else.

Went to this place for a new OEM radiator-fan assembly. Manager Ryan said at first it’s about 500$…then switched it to 980$. For a fan of a Nissan Rogue??? Way too overpriced and fishy to go from that price to another. Went to another dealer and got labor PLUS fan assembled for 350$. Don’t get scammed at this place.
