Prices much higher than quoted, hidden fees, or unnecessary repairs added. Poor workmanship The repair doesn’t fix the issue, or creates a new one. Delays The shop takes longer than promised with little or no communication.

Anthony did a great job working with me to get my truck in right away for a blown rear end. Got me in immediately and got right to work getting parts ordered and worked late to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Very friendly staff and very accommodating would highly recommend Pete’s for your truck repairs!

They came out to trouble shoot and possibly fix our truck. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with the truck. But had no problem charging us almost $300 mind you that was for parts too even though they never put in any parts on the truck! This company left our place and not even an hour later started spam calling us for the payment. Absolutely no patience. We did drive in and pay them within 2 hours of them leaving our place. In that amount of time they called us 4 times for payment! We were also told that the bill would never exceed over to $220 For them to drive out and diagnose the problem. Was coming through watertown, sd and had a air line go. It was getting later in the day and they came out to Stones truck stop to get me going again. Their prices were fair and service was excellent. I would 100% recommend this company for any roadside assistance for heavy duty truck and trailers.

These guys went above & beyond to help me get back on the road after I blew a seal. Very helpful crew. *Edit* Made it about 200 miles and it was leaking again. Paid another $400 at a different shop, to find out the wrong gasket was used. And not all the old gasket was cleaned off causing an even bigger leak than it started with.
