Cloud10 smartwash

We’ve been using Cloud10 Car Wash since they opened the first location in Sewell. Yesterday we went to the Timberline Shopping Center location. Unfortunately, we ran into a small inconvenience for the first time. I am not one to reach out to customer service especially over minor concerns. After thinking about it and with the washes being on the higher end price wise I did email them, to at least let them know and possibly see what the solution could be. I received a call from G (redacting his full name) the manager at the Timberline location this morning at 8AM. He was extremely kind, respectful, and understanding, and he never attempted to dismiss or discredit our concern. He resolved the issue within a 2 minute phone call, which truly speaks to the level of customer service provided. Ex

If i could give more than 5 stars, i would! This wash is incredible! Such a beautiful facility with all the amenities you could wish for! The car comes out so shiny and dry, it looks brand new again! Awesome towels to use, air freshner bottles as well as windex, and air for your tires! I walked around and the staff was so welcoming and so positive! I really wish them the best of luck as a car wash manager myself, they are doing all the right things! Keep up the great work!

0/10 if I could. Wasted my time and money. Half the vacuums were broken so I had to change what lane I was in and then all of the towels and spray bottles were completely frozen and there was no warning that they would be like that. I would not pay $20 for just an exterior wash. Please add signs to let customers know that an self interior wash would be impossible.

Great car wash with an easy, non-cramped drive-in. The air freshener smells amazing, and I loved that they provide glass cleaner and supplies. Very pleasant experience!

Cloud10 Smart Wash never disappoints. My car comes out looking brand new — fresh, protected, and streak-free. Amazing results!
