Club Car Wash

On point staff for the new location. Will take their time spraying off everything if your car is mudded up. At some point when using the service for 3 months the towels had fuzzy lent. It was addressed right a way once I came back for another car wash (within 48hrs actually). I just wish the location design gave them a bit more room for everything in the location but we can't control that now.

Got a subscription and first time I went there were dots on the windows and windshield from either not drying properly or the soap wasn’t fully rinsed off. Tried a second time and same result

Got their subscription deal for 10 bucks for 3 months of their premium wash when going for a single wash and all I had to give was my email and number. I didn't use it too much which is fine and happens. I proceeded to pay the full rate for the following month in an attempt to get myself to go more and make the most of it but just still didn't go enough and decided on the day it was set to renew that I would forgo a monthly amount in favor of getting a wash from there when I felt in the mood. I emailed them as they had charged me prior to the subscription ending and attempted to get refunded to which I was told that I should have read the terms of service and that I needed 24 hours notice to get refunded. To which I said they can surely just go ahead and still go through with a refund as

⭐⭐⭐⭐Excellent service from start to finish—staff greeted me, sprayed my car, and guided me through the wash. Vacuums and provided towels make cleaning easy, and tips are definitely welcomed and deserved. Great location, and I hope they open one in Fremont!

New location is easier to pull larger vehicles in! Our vehicles are typically actually dirty when we go. Staff takes the time to spray off heavy’s prior to entering.
