Rocket Carwash

Went through the wash yesterday with my van and the antennae fell off. I came back today and spoke with the manager. He kindly offered to reimburse me for the cost of the replacement. I purchased one and brought back the receipt, which then went through again for a great wash. My big van is hard to dry each time, but the towels and car products make the difference and I will keep coming back. Appreciate the leadership at this location!

Upon arrival, no wait to get into the wash - James was the sales guy, very persistant and friendly - this is why it got 3 stars - the rest: Tight turn to get into the wash, LB truck would not fit, had to make 3 point to get it. Wash guy @ entry says nothing, just waves you directions then points at the wall with directions. Wash was subpar - many sections of the truck were still dirty after wash (back window, front bumper, tailgate, back bumper) - did not use vaccums so can not speak to that - as stalls where not long enought to fit LB truck without sticking out in the drive lane. For the price for a drive thru wash, i have had better in many places at or below this pricing.

Definitely very disappointing to see how rough this carwash is on vehicles. Plus, the carwash never was very good at getting my vehicle cleaned. I went through their insurance to fix my mirror and it wasn’t the best experience. First they forgot about my claim so I had to remind them again what happened and this was a week after I was supposed to hear back with an answer on the claim. Then they tell me it can take up to 8 weeks to receive the funds for repairs. Very disappointing.

Sad car wash(see pictures). I drove through 2 times because I have ultimate unlimited washes. I drove through 2 times back to back and then took the pictures immediately before the water completly dried. I used my plan for 2 weeks and its a waste of my time to drive through again. wash wasn't able to remove dirt that i could wipe off with my finger. I will be canceling plan. If you find this review helpful please hit the like button. Other reviews must be fake because they have 5 star reviews dated before this location was open. Also some guy said he has a Ferrari and viper he takes here. Seriously. Fake reviews.

I upgraded my review to 4-stars after returning to visit Rocket Car Wash. The staff was extremely courteous and saw to it to do their best to leave my van sparkling. There are limits to what an automatic car wash can do, and there was some bug residue still on the hood. The manager met me personally after the wash to inspect it. He offered to wash the car again, and I declined.
