Havers Elkhorn

I’m new to Haver’s. Today was the first time I had any contact with them, besides last week when I searched for brake work mechanics and just happened to call them. Dan and Rueben are very professional and customer friendly men. I appreciate the loaner car they gave me for the day as they worked on my car. I highly recommend these guys. Their pricing is competitive and I get a very good sense of honesty and “no bull” in their business dealings. I will be a returning customer for sure.👍🏽 T. Stejskal

I had a check engine light come on and I stopped at Havers. They checked over and gave me a appointment for two days later. Great communication as I had been there before in a emergency situation. That time they gave me a loner car and again had it fixed in two days. I have a lot of trust in the people there!

I don’t know why I continue to be surprised at the exemplary customer service and auto care we receive at Haver’s. It’s the closest thing to a joy when you’re facing car repairs. We’ve been Haver’s customers for many many years and will continue to refer friends and colleagues to Haver’s knowing they will become repeat customers just like we are!

My son took his car in for an alignment. When he got it back his car it was all over the road. He took it back in and they told him the ball joint on the opposite side was bad. I wasn't sure why they had not caught it when they aligned it the 1st time. I went with him to pick up the car to have someone else replace the control arm with the bad ball joint. I asked the gentleman at the front desk how they could align it with a bad ball joint and suddenly I'm being told to "stop yelling at me or I'm done". The mechanic came out from the back and he explained it was a bushing on the control arm, that was how it aligned and the bushing dropped after the alignment. I'm not sure why I was accused of yelling at someone when I was asking an honest question. We have used Havers in the past an

They stood out as probably the best auto place I've ever used. They were really quick, called to give updates on the status of the car, and when they told me the issues they walked me through it so clearly by comparing the car parts to how our body works and the effect each part has on the other. They really exuded genuine kindness and professionalism. They also were transparent in what needed to be fixed right away and how long I could hold on the rest of the repairs. As far as I'm concerned, I'm a customer for life. We're about to move 30 min away but I'll make the drive to use their services.
