Club Car Wash

I travel to work on the interstate for work everyday- this means tons of traffic, dirt, and bugs. I’ve had a membership for quite some time and always enjoyed the wash. My last wash in July was as usual, I pulled around to dry my door jams, vacuum and wipe down when I came around the front end of my new car and I was shocked and some front end damage. The manager assisted, taking photos, walking me through a claim process. In less than 2 days a claim specialist contacted me, approved to get a quote, and within 7-10 days after the quote was approved for full payment on repair and labor, car in the collision center and front end entire repaired. HUGE thank you to them for being entirely professional, reassuring, and so quick to act.

I got the top of the line wash Thursday to remove all the bugs from a long road trip. After stopping, I noticed the side of my truck is covered in black smears. The tire shine that was applied flung all over the side of my truck. This is unexpectable for a top of the line wash. I'm looking for compensation to remove and do a complete detail of my truck. I recommend to all customers, beware of this wash and the product they use.

We just returned from a 8 hour drive in winter storm Bellamy and our car was covered with salt and snow. The two young men did an AMAZING job at ensuring they cleared off the front of the vehicle! Thank you!

Had a car wash done and noticed scratches across the left side of my car. Filed a report and they cam back saying "not enough evidence to suggest this happened at the facility. " Don't go here if you have a newer car. Find a touch less carwash.
