Club Car Wash

Would not use them.They left dirt and mud on my car.Hurried my car through the car.Wash manager did not even care that there was mud left on my car they refused to fix their mistake. He said, if I would have paid for the more expensive wash, they would rewash it, but they don't do it on their base price. Which I think is bad business practice. You pay to wash your car. It should get fully cleaned. Especially considered my car wasn't even that dirty. I could wipe the I could wipe the dirt.

When first enter, the staff should do a more focused job on the spray down. I even handed one young man a tip for the tip box. Pay attention to more detail.... bugs on the car, etc. I have been known to drive around and come back through 3 times once. Focus on the customers cars as they come will prevent that which I'm sure costs extra money for the business. Clean the concrete areas where the vacuum is done. I had to jump over mud ... it's a car wash. Keep it policed.

Car wash is nice and organized well. I just wish they spent more time getting the bugs off our windows. They seemed almost untouched. However, the air pressure and vacuums worked well for our interior!

I'm starting to believe that regardless of what level wash you choose, they're all the same! One big negative, the staff needs training for their people skills!!! I canceled my membership!

Super busy but they moved everyone through efficiently. Car looks wonderful.
