Coastal Carolina Car Wash

Warning the sprayer was broken and not spraying with any pressure when I tried this place, on the furthest self serve station on the left side, (northwest direction). I had to use the soap brush to clean my vehicle and since the sprayer wasn’t working properly I had to drive all the way back home with a soapy vehicle to use my water house at the house. Pretty disappointing experience and waste of money. I hope they fix it so no one else has the same experience. Regardless if they do or don’t I won’t take my chances again.

Wasted 20$ on the wash, nothing was spraying out besides the rinse setting, no foam no wax… worthless and no attendant to help make change or refund me for the bologna and change machines are broken. 2$ for a vacuum but other reviews said they don’t even work. Should’ve just taken the drive to surf city and gone to tidal wave. Well now have to go there anyway for a REWASH because this place stinks!

None of the chemicals worked barely enough pressure to wash just an awful experience. Do not recommend Updated 03/01/26 Most of the commands on the self wash don't do anything or have no chemicals in them still. The auto wash barely removed anything from my car another waste of 18.00 after spending 20 on the self wash. The vacuum works better than most around the area but thats not saying much. Will not be back to wash any of our cars ever again.

I was very disappointed with this self service car wash. Half the settings didn't work, the soap brush barely put out any soap, and the "triple soap" option was a joke because there was a hole in the hose. The only thing that did work was the high-pressure rinse, so I rinsed my truck and went to the other wash down the road. The area in front of the vacuum hoses was full of debris. I picked up a bolt from in front of an empty bay I'm sure would have found its way into someone's tire. This place is a rip-off and a waste of time. I would not recommend it to anyone.👎 Check online for other car washes in the area. There is one less than 5 minutes down the road with 4.5 stars as of this review.

This car wash was clean, tidy and someone was on site emptying the trash and it was about 9:30 AM on a weekday. They have plenty of manual washes along with a hands-free automatic car wash that you just pull up, pay up and drive through. Simple as that. There are change machines on site for your convenience also.
