Do not swipe your credit or debit card at Coastal Car wash as they will try to use your personal information again in the future and charge you again without your permission! Right before Christmas, I was wondering why I saw a charge on my account despite my not using their car wash in about 2-3 weeks (which was broken at that time anyway). We called immediately to complain and they told us that their system could not reimburse us despite the fact that we had not recently used their car wash in the last several weeks. I find it strange that suddenly I get a charge 2-3 weeks later when their car wash was broken anyway and that they can't reimburse our debit card. DO NOT COME HERE! Back in its prime they scratched my husband's BRAND NEW rims on his F150 (classy adult) fast forward to most recent days; I went in on a Sat to touchless wash, paid for the highest level ($16) & absolutely nothing!! I called number for help & never got an answer. Nobody wash there, looks like someone punched screen on other washing bay & vacuums do not work. I put a sign to hopefully save others "DOES NOT WORK!" I finally got a return call Monday morning from a woman with the most foul attitude (as if its my fault their car wash isn't working & they owe me a refund) I had to send the woman a screenshot of transaction on my bank, the video I took showing proof it wasn't working & nobody was working on a Saturday to help me. We shall see if I get a refund, seems I'm better

Car washes here vary from $10-$16 here with 4 different options. I paid for the 3rd tier one, $14. Not only was it at best, nothing more than what I could do with my own hands at home but, NONE OF THE VACUUMS ARE WORKING, WHICH IS THE ENTIRE REASON WE STOPPED TO BEGIN WITH. I could've honestly cared less if the car wash was out of order and the vacuum ONLY worked because anyone can wash their car at home as long as we have running water. It is NOT near as easy to vacuum your vehicle at home. This was around 1 pm on a Friday, so they were supposedly open but nothing was even out whefe the vacuums are, towels, cleaning spray, windex, trash cans... This car wash should be closed or half the price and advertised as NOT HAVING VACUUMS instead of FREE VACUUMS!!! Unless you want to ONLY pay for

I went through the car wash at this location on Monday. Chris was the attendant on duty. He was exceptionally nice, courteous , and had such a great attitude. I Wii definitely be using this car wash again. Thank you Chris.

Review for touch less side only. I used this car wash all the time in the past since it is the only touch less one in the area and, yes, back then it was a very good car wash. However, it has gone downhill. The selection/pay box refuses to accept paper money nowadays (owner refuses to fix) and it does not clean as well as times before. The last time I tried using it I called for the attendant (who was standing ten feet from me) to help me. Either he couldn’t hear me over his headphones, was ignoring me, or just doesn’t have the modicum of intelligence to understand that someone was calling for his help.
