I have had three recent accidents over the past two years. Each time I have gone to Coastal Collision, the team has completely blown away my expectations time and time again! Chris and Tony always provide excellent professional customer service, working with them has always been smooth and hassle free from start to finish. They are very thorough, always on time with their repair estimates, and their quality of work is spectacular! They always go the extra mile to address any extra touch-up requests and have even disputed the insurance adjuster to prevent my cherished WRX from being totaled, I truly appreciate all their hard work! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remarkably dependable body shop!

My first time at Coastal for collision work and this company is great to work with. From start to finish, everything was explained thoroughly. My car looks like new! Very timely, reasonable with super nice employees. Glad we followed the advice of the other great reviews and chose them.

Got my front bumper repaired here after being backed into. Estimate was free and they made it super easy for me and the person who caused the damage. Bumper looks great! They even vacuumed inside of the car, which was nice because it was a mess in there. Definitely recommend this place.
