Great Bay Autobody Marine

We have had FIVE wonderful experiences with Great Bay! (None were our fault, I promise!) Each time they exceed our expectations and provided the best customer service! They have had rental cars waiting for us when we arrive to drop our vehicles off and worked directly with the insurance company. They keep in touch with status updates. Their work is impeccable! Each time they thoroughly clean the exterior and interior making the cars look brand new! Highly recommend!!

I had my first experience with Great Bay Autobody when I had to bring my vehicle in for some body work after being in a small accident. I picked up my vehicle today and I could not be happier with the quality of the work. The bumper where I was hit looks brand new. The professionalism and kindness of the staff was second to none and they had my vehicle finished within two days of dropping it off. The added (unexpected and complimentary I might add) detailing made it look as good as it did when I first picked it up from the dealership. I hope to not need any repairs in the foreseeable future, but if I do I will be coming here.

Took a while to get an estimate (I played phone tag with office mgr). When I got it and pushed back on the detail, the owner told me to come by and let him take a look. He agreed with me that a whole new lift gate wasn't necessary (problem was really with misaligned hinges), and on the spot he manipulated the door manually and got it to close practically like new! Saved me thousands of dollars. And he is a thoroughly nice guy to boot. I'd definitely return here for other auto body jobs in future.
