Coastal Import Repair

Better late than never! I had a wonderful experience at Coastal Imports last September. I had an issue with my VW Eos, the turbo charger. The VW dealer was a bad experience so I searched Google and found Coastal Imports. Carrie was amazing - very informative and so helpful. I'm so glad I decided to fix the car and that I chose Coastal Imports. My husband had an issue with his car a couple months later and we knew exactly where to go. He agrees this is the best car repair shop. Looking for an honest, integrity based car repair shop...you've found it!

I have an imported vehicle from Japan, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. After calling 10 shops in the area being scared to work on an imported diesel vehicle, a friend referred me to Coastal Import Repair, they were happy to see and service my vehicle. Awesome to see they live up to the name of their business. Super cool place to bring my SUV to, very friendly and accommodating with dealing with an import vehicle and help and advice with sourcing parts. They do excellent work and don’t charge an arm and a leg for it. They have insane attention to detail, I first brought it in for a top to bottom inspection and things I never considered looking at and even though some don’t affect the cars performance at all, they caught and I appreciate it because to me it’s shows they care for the car as if it

Took my car in with the "check engine" light on. Spoke with Adam and set an appointment for a few day out. I delivered the car on the appointed date. Later that day, Carrie called me and described the problem. They gave me a price estimate and we agreed to move ahead with the work. Carrie called me the next day letting me know the car was ready and what they had expected was the problem turned out to be spot on. Coastal has been servicing my Audi A4 for several years and we have been very pleased with the results. I would recommend Coastal Imports for your vehicle and feel they are very trustworthy.

This was the first time we took my wife's Mercedes GLS 450 here, but I have been taking my BMWs here for years. Always treated with respect, and quality service. The technicians are experienced, with the knowledge to fix the problem the first time. There is always a concern for my time, with a favorable bottom line for the pricing. This is a very good place to service your pampered automobile.

I have taken many of my Toyota vehicles over the years to Coastal for service starting with my 1978 or 79 Toyota Corona Station Wagon after the dealer charged a boat load and still had not fixed the problem that caused my clutch to go out. Coastal took car of the problem that turned out to be just that the dealer has used the wrong size filter! The price for the service was minimal. They have always been trustworthy and a reasonably priced. Sadly, this time that could not help me with my current Toyota's need for a new engine. :( Even so they will remain my go to for car repair.
