My wife and I just purchased an R-Pod 205 from Coastal RV yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was great to deal with. Beau, our sales guy, was knowledgeable about the product and never pushy. He answered our questions, gave us space to think, and made the process comfortable. Rick, the sales manager, was hilarious and super helpful. My wife definitely haggled the hell out of him, and he was a great sport about it. He worked with us and made sure we felt good about the deal. Ron in finance was easygoing and straightforward — no pressure, no gimmicks, just a smooth process. Tyler, who did our walkthrough, was awesome. He took his time showing us all the ins and outs of the RV, answered every question we had, gave helpful suggestion

Robert was our sales representative and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of RV knowledge and experience. Financing process with Ron was an easy and straightforward process. The technician Tyler walked us through the operation of the camper and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a great experience and would highly recommended Coastal Rv.

First visit to the service side. Simple inspection. I had an appointment and showed up on time and was greeted by the service manager. He was professional and friendly. Got right to work and finished early. I was very pleased with the interaction. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I probably will go back when more indepth service is required. Also should mention that getting in and out was pretty easy.

Coastal RV provides great service during the installation of an awning, solar panel and battery, roof inspection and maintenance. The work was done in a timely manner getting the unit back to me fast. Awesome personnel with years of experience. Definitely will return for maintenance and service.

We love the people at Costal Rv! We have actually bought two campers from them within two months! They took their time to explain every single detail about the campers and answered all of our questions. Coastal Rv spent hours with us during this process. They gave us tips about things we needed to buy to protect our camper for years to come. The customer service was the best you could ever ask for. We never felt pressure to buy anything.
