I just wanna say thank you again!! I ran in this morning, something was wrong with my mom's car. It wasn't starting right. I know this is the worst time ,having no appointment, a week before Thanksgiving, and as busy as they were, they still managed to squeeze me in because someone cancelled their appointment. I'm really blessed. And thanking the Lord that they were able to take me.. They had it done quickly and now I can still get back and forth to work. Definitely miracle workers! I was disappointed with my recent experience. Despite living just across the street in the community and hearing great things from my neighbors, my interaction was far from welcoming. Rather than being offered an appointment or options. I was quickly referred down the street. I was more than willing to wait, as the vehicle in question wasn't my primary mode of transportation. First impressions matter, and the front desk sets the tone for the entire customer experience. Based on how I was treated, I can only hope to find a more welcoming and customer-focused auto shop one that offers fair pricing and truly values the community it serves. Perhaps, in the end, I avoided poor service altogether. I post to try and help women like me who need honest reviews to help weed out the rude and poor

this was my first time used Travis Auto Repair. I am very pleased with everyone there, Wanda, Travis, Chris C and all the front office staff. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
