I took my 2010 Lincoln MKZ to Ferguson's auto motor repair because it was missing and cutting back whenever I drove it. 2 days ago the engine light came on and my car was shaking terribly. The amazing thing about it is that they discovered that I needed a tune-up, but I had a tune-up last year, and the work was done incorrectly. Not only that, they checked my brakes and front end because I had some an easiness about the way the car drove. They did a complete tune-up , check my brakes and front end, and now my car runs beautifully. Thank you Ferguson automotive repair shop!

They were able to see me right away and despite this being a hard to diagnose issue, the mechanic went for a ride with me and knew right away that it was a bad wheel bearing. I asked him if I should replace them in pairs like brakes and suspension components, but he was really honest and said it could be years before the other one goes bad and I should just replace the one. It was a pressed in bearing so it was a bigger job, but they still had me on the road in just a few hours. It's been a few thousand miles and my Avalon is nice and quiet! The staff at Ferguson's made me feel at home and they were very pleasant to deal with. Honest and knowledgeable with fair prices, what's not to love?
