Cobblestone Car Wash

This car wash broke my mirror. I drive a lifted vehicle, and the guy directing me in the car wash obviously didn’t know what he was doing and may I add his directions were very confusing. I finally got in there and was going through and about in the middle, my mirror bent backwards and then he directed me to back up and was getting rude with me. I asked is there gonna be any compensation if this mirror is broken and he said no it’ll snap back and he also told me that he was trying to direct me and it’s told me it’s all on camera. Would not recommend going here if you drive a SUV or lifted vehicle or any type of truck also didn’t even clean greatly with spots still left on my vehicle.

Shout out to Hunter for all his help. My car is squeezy clean 🧽 and ready for the road! Also what a cool conveyor belt. It’s not one of those old ones that pulls your car wheel. Those are scary. 😱 the wash even smelled good 😊 so happy!

​I am a firm believer in the power of word-of-mouth, and I want to share my recent experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa. Last weekend, I took my brand-new 2026 Honda HR-V in for its very first wash. I entered with a perfect vehicle and exited the tunnel with a flat tire, leaving me stranded and forced to call roadside assistance. ​Upon removing the tire, a broken piece of a radio antenna was found lodged inside. I reported this incident to the company and requested reimbursement for the damage caused by debris in their wash tunnel. Despite the clear evidence, they declined my request. ​I’m sharing this so others are aware of the risks and the company’s lack of accountability when their equipment or maintenance fails a customer.

Cobblestone is the best car wash in Denver. It's fast, the dryers are almost excellent, the staff is way cooler and the vacuume and rags are always available. The only issue is the license plates reader. It has a hard time reading my plate and slows things down. Its very cheap for a membership and easy to navigate on the app. Hopefully one day they will get the license readers updated and maybe accept Bitcoin as payment and then get a 5th star

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Even if an employee loads the cars too close together, and another car slams into the back of you-- with all cars in NEUTRAL-- Cobblestone will NOT take any responsibility. This happened to me, AND the set of 2 cars right in front of me. The employees would barely speak to us, when we explained extensive damage to our vehicles. They showed no concern, respect, or acknowledgement of any kind. No one from Cobblestone would return calls to my insurance company either. I have over $1800 in damages to my car, so I feel I must warn any customers considering this car wash. Also, of note... the car was not even clean after all this! (1/30/25)
