I was looking for a specific used truck. After searching for a month and many visits to dealers I found what I was looking for at COCCIA Ford. I worked with Andrew Middleton. He was VERY knowledgeable. He went way up and beyond the norm to help me. He is a great no pressure no nonsense salesman. The dealership treated my used truck sale as if I was buying the most expensive vehicle on their lot. Everyone was very friendly and professional. This is my second purchase at Coccia Ford, being a woman sometimes purchasing a car can be overwhelming, Coccia's Salesmen never make me feel uncomfortable they listen, they answer my questions, I never feel pressured or uncomfortable. I had a very emotionally difficult decision to trade in a car that I loved very much. I originally bought the car through Coccia Ford in 2021 and worked with Casey Fabrizio, the manager. It was a great experience. I loved that guy. Fast forward to now, I worked with Andrew Middleton through this painful process. I love this guy too. He went waaaay beyond what was required.
