The Big O Tires side of the business has always been great. The Express Lube side is 0 for 2 on oil changes. Two different vehicles, two oil filters that were not tightened properly. The first was obvious, and started spewing oil on my driveway immediately (they did fix it and it seemed to be done right the second time). The other vehicle took a month or two, but when I saw it leaking on my driveway I took it to the dealership. They found it was a loose oil filter. It is disappointing to spend $75 for a simple oil change and not have it done correctly.

I go there to get my oil changed (very fast oil change). They honor online coupons. This was my 5th visit. Customer service is a bit on the cold side, which is okay, because my truck doesn't have feelings, and my wallet is happy.

I stopped in to see if I could get an oil change, I was met with a smile and they said it would about 45 mins. I had a few things and said fine. I came back about 45 mins later and in it went. Really great service and no upselling just a few pointers of things that might be coming up. Over all 5 plus stars for them. I will be going back there from now on.

I retired from the automotive repair business after over 40 years and had never been to Cochise XpressMusic lube but I needed a quick oil change at the last minute. These guys were quick and professional. I will be back.
