Coffman's Service Station

I recently brought my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 High Roof to Coffman’s Service Center for a wheel alignment, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They got me in quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and made to feel like a valued customer. It’s not always easy finding a shop that’s comfortable working on larger vans like a Sprinter, but they handled it with complete confidence. Took our car in for a shifting issue with the Park mechanism. They did a diagnostic test, called in a transmission guy. The wind- up is our car had to go to the dealer. This shop DID NOT charge us for their time which says alot about them. Wonderful experience on a very honest and trustworthy mechanic shop

BEWARE. I'm not big on leaving reviews but in passing this shop the other day I realised I should in this case. I bought a car about 7 years ago from a private seller. Only issue the car had was an air conditioning issue. I took the car to Coffmans to have it checked out and to have the ac fixed. The seller told me it should be an easy fix, he had worked on the vehicle himself. Coffman quoted me 1200+ to fix the ac. He also told me to immediately try to sell the car and get my money back because it would not last me more then a year. I took the car for a second opinion to MLS auto. 200 bucks they fixed my ac. Now 7+ years later I still have the car and it's been one of the best/low cost vehicles I've ever owned. Untrustworthy company in my opinion.

Use to be a good place to bring your car to, guys were trustworthy and did good work. As of lately seems, like everything else I suppose, prices for work have gone up exponentially. Like ridiculous amounts, and it's not like how it was where it took a short amount of time for repairs. No. Nowadays your waiting like 2 weeks to get your car back. I blame inflation cuz the main guy there is a nice guy, but it's just not worth going here anymore.
