Coggin DeLand Lincoln

I had great experience buying a car from Coggin Deland Lincoln. The sales men were wonderful. They answered all my questions and made everything very simple and easy. The paper work process was simple and quick. Would buy a car from them again .

Used to go to Automall in Daytona, and with many horrible experiences I refused to go back. So when I had recalls on my Lincoln, I brought it to Coggin for the first time. Not only was the customer service better (shout out to Jen) but whoever worked/handled my car was not only fast, but done right the first time unlike the Automall. Coggin was a 40 min drive from where I live, and worth the drive! Coggin gained a customer, and not only will I bring my car back for repairs, but I will purchase future vehicles here. Highly recommend taking your car here.

The staff was nice but not fair or professional, my wife and I came from out of town and purchased a used vehicle from another local dealer but brought the car here for service before the return back home (Myrtle Beach).First of all the techs did not inform me as to the automobile requiring 6quarts, not 5. Well I purchased the works not knowing the car oil capacity is 6 quarts, now surely they should have explained to me that the car required 6, but no one did, they just made the sale and informed me of their recommendations, when I refused I told them to give me a print up of their recommendations to have addressed on my end, they didn’t comply. Stay away! They did a second rate job on painting for a warranty repair on my Continental. They didn't even bother to wash or detail the car. They even went as far as to blame me for what was obviously tape residual on my paint. Forget about the scratches in the paint....according to them, it never happened. The car went in clean and detailed. It was inspected when I dropped it off. Again, perfectly clean with no scratches. It came out dirty and with scratches. When you drive the top of the line car, one would hope you would get at least average service. They were supposed to have the General Manager call me. It's been over 6 months...still no call.

My first visit to the dealership was to wander around and have a look see at what was available. I was interested in a hybrid and an American automobile. A salesman came out, we chatted. Had it been earlier in the day, 'bout 20 minutes before closing, I'm sure the introduction to the hybrid would have been at an easier pace. In any event. I came back after the weekend for more information. All personnel I talked with were polilte, knowledgeable, personable. I wasn't aware of any pressure techniques. A rental car was provided until the delivery of my new car. No fuss, no muss. Excellent experience. Don't know who that Karl King fellow was; no one by that name was there for my visits the second week of August. Would guess he got canned. Good thing?? Larry was my point man.
