Outstanding service, communication and care. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Fixed my truck quicker than expected with exceptional results. Easy to work with them through insurance, and they set up a rental for me (pick up AND drop off). The truck was washed when I picked it up. Can't ask for more! I hope I never have a need for their service again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle to Cole's Collision of Colonie NY again. Highly recommended!

Coles Collision did a wonderful job with my Subaru. It just had some minor front end damage and they went above and beyond for me. In addition to fixing the front end they gave the paint job a beautiful wax and they cleaned the inside of the car! The car came back to me looking like brand new and on top of all of that, the car came home 3 days ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service from James and Ricky. I highly recommend Coles Collision!!!

I wasn't a happy camper with my insurance who I've been loyal to for a long time. It wasn't Cole's Collision at fault. Nonetheless, James and Rick took care of this veteran. I am grateful that these gentlemen listened to my complaint and made it a win win situation. Definitely recommend this place and WILL do business with Cole's Collision again. Cole’s Collison in colonie was awesome! Rick the manager really went over the top when i was dealing with a stressful hit and run that damage the front of my car. He made my stressful situation to a caring we will take care of you and they did. When I got my car back it was in beautiful condition and they detailed the inside also.
